In order to access the courses listed below, you must be enrolled in the Certified Excellence Professional® (CEP) Program.

Accessing the Course Material
Once you have been enrolled, you will recieve an e-mail from the Manager of Training & Personnel Certification containing two (2) passwords: one for the Full-Length Webinar Portal, and one for the e-Learning Portal.
For candidates who are enrolled in the In-Class/e-Learning combination program, please visit the e-Learning Portal to access your courses.
Confirming Course Completion
We encourage you to record the completion of each course in your CEP Course Tracking Log.
After the completion of each Full-Length Webinar, please feel free to e-mail the the Manager of Training & Personnel Certification at
kristen@excellence.ca to obtain a copy of your certificate.
For your e-Learning courses, you will be able to print your certificate immediately after the course.
